The Return of the Rangers
One of the teams that have been a favorite of the crowd is the New York Rangers. The Rangers have been a part of the NHL since 1962. From the start, the Rangers Fans have provided the team with their support and continuously patronized the Rangers tickets. The fans have been enjoying every game that they went to. The Rangers ticket sale has been unquestionable since the team is able to provide great plays. Since they were formed, the team has won four Stanley Cups. Their Stanley Cup win in 1928 made them the first American franchise to have won the Stanley Cup. The team, like most teams, did have their off seasons. Between their third and last Stanley Cup win, the team have suffered from a losing streak. Despite of this, the fans have continued to come and cheer for their teams. The supporters of the Rangers have endured the long lines just to get their hands on some Rangers tickets and show their support for their team. The curse was broken with their fourth Stanley Cup.
The idea that the team was under a curse started because the Rangers have not been performing well. People thought that what the management did in 1940 brought the curse upon the team. The management desecrated theCup by burning the mortgage of the Madison Square Garden in the 1940 Stanley Cup. Others were made to believe that the curse started when the New York Americans were disbanded.
The Rangers managed to turn it around. The team was rejuvenated by the changes in the staff and players as well as by the support of their fans. They might not have won the Cup recently, but the Rangers have shown some promise. The supporters are now anticipating to see the Rangers play again. The Fifth Stanley Cup is not far from reach of the Rangers now.
